what was the part two? My fiance is in Alaska now in jail, and I live in Arizona (obviously not in jail). Just curious to know what Arizona's part was in that. I know that they were considering transferring him (again) to Arizona. And he went from Washington to Alaska. So just curious if anyone knows

Also notice how the CO herself even expressed sympathy and seems to know that something is not quite right. This goes to show that the reason for all this nonsense is caused by somebody higher up in government. Yes some guards are bad but for the most part they are just doing their job to put food on the table and obeying orders from higher authority.

The word "pretrial" is our keyword here and the biggest problem. People who commit minor offenses should not be held until their trial, that's 1 of the biggest reasons for overcrowding. The law has gone retarded and can't seem to tell the difference between different categories of offenses and wants to label everybody as a criminal.
