The sprites for the boss is from a game called Kirby Superstar. In the Kirby game, he was really easy to defeat because of the powers kirby gets, I dont know how mario woud defeat him.

The boss is actually unfinished. (as in, he's not fully programmed.) I'm surpried this guy got it to even work at all in his copy. For most people the Marx sprite does't even work when they try to fight him.

Well, you have to hack into the game's ROM, change thousands of hex addresses and bytes, do ASM coding, make, remove and alter hundreds of sprites in the game, all to make something relatively SIMILAR to a boss in another game. Stuff like this usually takes YEARS to complete. Actually, Mario Fantasy almost recreated this boss perfectly, which probably took at least a decade.

Only add one sprite? Take a look at it, that's easily more then 1 sprite. It's probably multiple sprites just split into pieces and put back together with the Sprite Assembly in the game...And this could take awhile, I mean look at how hacked that is. That would take a frikin while. I don't think decades but damn, that's gotta take at least a year to 3 years to figure this out..
