OMFG i have been trying to beat the 4 kings for the last 3 days, for fuck sake i'm level 120, i beat everyone really fast in ng+ but after like 10 seconds there are 3 kings on my ass, i'm going crazy

@moecage Four kings is mostly luck, as you need to abandon all common sense for this fight. Try to be as fast as you can and use your hardest hitting weapon. Their damage will be negligible up close so forget about keeping your shield up and just 2H them one at a time while staying as close as possible, only backing away when they they use magic or try to grab you. The problem will be getting hit by the other kings while you do this. Try summoning help if you can't do it fast enough.

@moecage If you are a faith build you should use great magic barrier. Then they wont do any damage at all

@ErlingMK i'm a tank with a 500DMG with a Lightning Katana, the only other thing i use is a maxed out Pyromancie, i'm going around helping people with some buses after 4 days and over 30 tries, I'm done with them for now

aigh the fight tactic he used was lame and irritating, but … it was effective, sometimes players work out shitty strategys that are highly effective, we have to learn to adapt, I doubt it would happen twice.

LOL at the death and all for no reason because your inventory showed you already had two Fire Keeper Souls and your flask can only be upgraded to +7 in NG+ -- yours is currently at +5 so getting the 3rd one in New Londo won't do much (except to consume it to get 5x humanity).

If you end up having to do this fight alone, strafe to the left right in front of her. You'll be underneath all her melee and can easily dodge the lava puke.

Ruri, that was a big risk. It may not have been necessary, but I think many Dark Souls players can relate. Sometimes we just do things and facepalm afterwards. Keep up the good work!

@StabDeadProductions Oh, just in case you think the risk I meant was the fight with Quelaag, I was actually referring to him running down into New Londo. If that wasn't the case, then I think it might be a matter of opinion. Some people say "if it's there it's fair." Against a boss, I don't think having that little safe spot is a big deal, whereas those Lloyd Talismans that stop Estus healing seems terrible to me; people can even argue that phantoms can't use theirs, so it's evening ground.
