it has to be inspired by new years, so no christmas nails with santaclauses or alike.

I would prefer a whole hand, beacuse then I can see it as more of a unit, a whole mani. Plus it's easier to do on a fake nail than on your own hand.

But you are free to do it on fake nails if you want, but as I say I prefer your real hand.

Did you think of doing a new years design when you made it? If so then it's a new years design, new years is interpreted different by everyone, and we are all from different countries where we perhaps celebrate differently. So give it a shot :D

you don't need to do a tutorial, just take some nice pictures of the result, but make sure to hold a card with your youtubename in your hand or something so I know that the picture isn't taken from someone else.
