I agree with Seikuu - inonemus has posted a very good quality clip from the original Astaire movie, and the dancing and singing is very elegant, and I love that clip. THIS one, however, just seems smarmy in comparison, plus awful, and if the lead had any self-awareness he'd disavow any involvement in the making of the video. Maybe when he's 50 he'll look back and groan. Even Taco's version can claim to be better than this one. The original Fred clip, however, wins out, hands down.

he's good, but will always loose out if you have just watched the fred astaire version. it's inevitable for 2 reasons..1 astaire is the better dancer, and the more grabbing "presence" 2 the astaire version is centered on him solely, and one smooth piece of dancing, whilsth this is cut, and jumps from him to the dancers and to details..which don't allow to appreciate if and how good he is (in comparison). as for the accent thing..ridiculous. not everybody was born in america.
