if you could really do this the reflection of light on the pupil would not change like in this video. the lense of your eye stays in place while the pupil dialates so the shape of the eye should not affect the relection

unless youre 1/2 reptile, your intrinsic ocular muscles are smooth muscle. in mammals and amphibians pupil dialation is an autonomic response. unless adobe can alter your genome too... bazinga.

Its animated with distort effects, if it werent then the reflections on his eyes wouldnt move positions. When you dilate your pupils they move inside of your eyeball so it wouldnt effect reflections.
