Sushi is filled with raw fish but many people eat it and it tastes and is good for you (its high in omega 3s and low in calories). Not all sushi is good for you though, like the California roll but you can do research on that if you like. I really like to eat meat, cooked or not, and I enjoy it. You enjoy not eating meat, and I respect the fact you're a vegetarian, I really do.
