Here's an idea: Visit South East DC. Go a head and fight some real crime, super heroes. Come between 1 - 5am, when the real fun starts, but bring body armor, not video cameras, otherwise they'll take your video camera and film themselves cutting you up.

I disagree. You should always confront people who are doing shit like that. At the very least, give them a good talking to. Don't just let people get away with shit out of fear the situation might escalate. If it does, deal with it then. Until then, deal with the immediate problem. Keep up the good work Phoenix and crew.

Phoenix, I'm getting a little worried here. If they're knocking trashcans and stuff over, it's not necessarily jeopardizing anything, and with people like that, it might escalate a situation. I personally would have kept an eye on them and made sure they didn't do anything further before intercepting.
