Simply, every member of this trio leaves its circa-1970s counterpart in the virtual dust. As in, these babies are fast. Though saddled with the most mass and only mid-pack power, the Challenger R/T nonetheless rips to 60 mph in just 5.1 seconds and knocks-down the quarter in 13.6 seconds at 104.9 mph. The Hemi engine is a beauty, gushing with torque (410 lb-ft) and unfailingly smooth from idle to redline Motor Trend. The least amount of power and the heaviest of the three. still fast

@SabahAlev You know these arguements are just pointless, no matter what one of these cars will be the "slowest". They cant all be the same, just becuase one is faster doesnt make the other horribly slow. Ten years ago no one would have ever thought that there would be 425HP HEMI's on the street and that there would be a new Challenger.  Mustangs were 270HP and the Camaro was on the cutting block. Be realistic thats all I am saying.

@DRFTmonkeh If you actually like the Charger.... Except for the 66'-78' And the new 2011. The Charger wasn't much to be desired.... Even with a Hemi in it, it's like sticking one in a Corolla. It just doesn't seem right.

@xXAlphaRevanXx lol i kind of agree. the roadgoing Charger, even the SRT8, is kind of out of character in comparison to the classic Charger. i mean, a four door sedan to replace a legend? worse than the Pontiac GTO revival lol. i still think Hubinette's old Charger drift machine was pretty sick tho
