Supposedly, no one has actually read what is in the bill. What I have heard is that there are fines for anyone who fails to purchase insurance if they don't already have it.
So, he is saying that health care is mandatory, he and his fellow politicians will control it, while we pay for it, and we also get to pay for the health care of our politicians, but they have a much better system.

Have I read the bill? No, and neither have our Reps and Senators who voted for it. The first consideration is the fact that it is unconstitutional. Secondly, controlling health care means controlling people. I am not about to let our Criminal Class - our politicians, do that if I can help it.

What confuses me is that Israel have a remarkable Healthcare and Welfare system for its people.
