My hats get the curve to them at this point, but then just looks like a mushroom cap no matter how many rows i make

mine doesn't look like a hat. I did everything right, but my hat just looks wierd. it curves a little bit, but it oesn't move past that step no matter how many rows I create!

What size needle are you using? I'm using a 6.5mm and my "circle" is waaaay bigger than yours!
