Don't give up! I started dieting the same time you did and I lost 23 lbs already. I went to a nutritionist. She said to eat six times a day 200-300 calories. She told me to work out too but I haven't been. In regards to food...I eat a protein bar, chips, or Myoplex protein shakes, sometimes some fruit (especially mangoes when I want something sweet). For lunch I eat a lein cuisine (under 300 calories) and for dinner I bake or grill fish or chicken and eat it with veggies. So far it works.
Hun! I'm not sure what diet your on or if you're calorie counting like me. But DON'T deprive yourself. I've lost over 100 lbs w/ another 60+ lbs to go & I STILL eat burgers, candy & cakes. What I do is have a burger with lots & lots (around 300g/10 1/2 oz or so) of steamed vegetables (eg Cabbage, carrots etc). I weighed around the same as u this time last year. Now I'm coming upto ONEderland. You can diet on between 2500 -2000 calories & you WILL lose.

cant tell u enough...dont stress it. as hard as it sounds and i know its easier said then done but dont stress it. yes we all fall off the wagon but we HAVE to get back on. the good thing is that u have regognized that u could be doing better and thats the first part. i need to be taking my own advice right now lol cuz i havent been doing good these past two weeks myself. stay encouraged and ask God for strength to continue and ask for clarity cuz i bind any psychological problems that may

Girl dont feel bad ,I do the same thing , but just dont give up ,keep trying .If you have a bad day its ok ,its just one bad Day . keep trying .
