Nice lookin' bike! I've got an '07 that I ride almost everyday. I noticed that you have the mounting brakets for a windshield but it is not on. Have you had problems with yours? I have a Memphis Fats and when I wear my helmet I get so much 'wind vibration' that I almost cannot see after 55 mph. What kind of windshield do you have and do you have that problem?
If you go on Amazon.com you can order replacement shields for the Memphis fats. If yours is too short, you can get up to a 21" replacement shield. I just put a 17" on mine and it looks and works pretty good. Go on memphis webiste to get the part number, then use the google shopping tab to search for it. It was only like $70, great deal~

Spirit. The ACE model does not have the staggered crankpin like the Spirit does. The ACE sounds more like a Harley, but has less power and shakes more.
The Honda Shadow Spirit 1100 is probably my all-time favorite bike. It's ashamed that the 2007 model will be the last year for this bike, some new ones can still be found but they're disappearing quickly.

nope, actually i believe that 2007 was the last 1100. and they do have a spirit 750 and 1100. mine is an 01 1100 spirit, great ride. i like the pipes on yours. i have the cobra slash cut slip ons. i eventually want to relocate the turn signals and get some bags on it tho, factory it has no storage at all. kinda frustrating if i need a quick run to the store or whatever, tired of putting drinks in my jacket.

Honda makes both a 750 and an 1100 Spirit. Honda engines are the best quality of all motorcycles. Cheers!
