  • thank you for these videos, im diabetic and these are sure to help me

  • Hello, I just wanted to say thanks for this video! I have a disability an its difficult for me to find leg exercises that are done seated .

    Thanks again

  • I like this girl very much, because she behaves so natural and she really seems to know her stuff.

  • I really like this video, I do an Aerobic workout 3 times a week twice a day...I like doing this on my days off of aerobics to strengthen my muscles and tone :)

  • I enjoyed the video, the basement is such a mess right now full of cardio machines it's all I had room for. I found some of the leg exercises very difficult, I guess I need to work into them.

  • cheap way of doing this...buy some bunggee like that you find around a tarpoline tie two loops in it and your away you can also skip with it once you find the exsersices easy use two buggees together or even plat them hoofing.....

  • Awesome workout I love it!

Just got my resistance bands last week and this is my favorite exercise with them.

Thanks Nicole and everyone at SparkPeople!

  • I love this video exercise routine. It is one of my favourites.

  • Ooops.. I should have waited until the end of the video to ask my question regarding when to inhale and when to exhale. You made it very clear as the video progressed. Thanks so much for getting those of us started who kind of felt hopeless. So breath OUT when pulling; breathe IN when going back to original position. Check! :)

  • I'm slow lol.. do you breath inwards when you are contracting the muscle (the first part of the resistance) or when you are bringing your arms back to the original position? Does this rule of thumb stay with all the different workout options or does it vary? (the breathing) Thanks!

  • felt this exercise ...very cool

  • very nice

  • This workout actually felt like you were working and it was explained PERFECTLY. thanks Sparkpeople!

  • great video, please put more cardio and band videos.

  • Oh my God! I love this video. I'm trying to loose weight, change my eating habits and start exercising, and you're video makes it seem so easy. I also appreciate the fact that your excersises are low impact, so i don't get hurt even though i have very bad knees and a bad ankle. Thank you. Please post more cardio and band videos.

  • This is a good workout. It goes to show you that wherever you are, and whatever your fitness level, there is always something you can do to keep your muscles strong and stay fit. You can do this workout without leaving a chair! The lower back exercise is my favorite.

  • very helpful and what is excellent about Nicole is the acurate explanation of the CORRECT exercising

    Thank you!
