  • this is in coron,palawan (calamian grp of islands). What you see are limestone cliffs submerged by the barracuda lake. It is 70% freshwater and 30% seawater,so that explains why there are no corals there. Barracuda lake is a couple of meters above sea level, and it is thermocline,meaning, the temp of water changes depending on the depth.   • It can get up to 40 degrees celcius. I was there a couple months ago, its an amazing site. The thermocline is unbelievable!! Big up to discovery divers and coron. Amazing wrecks!!
