@andrewsurtees It's called being metaphorical, as in, not meaning what you say literally, but in a sense that can apply to most/all situations and be given as good, sound, meaningful advice. For example, saying that number five ignores the rules of physics, is a ridiculous thing to say. Ford is not stating that if you think you can fly (as an example) that you can, he's saying that truly believing what you intend on doing, is much more motivational than not.
