  • some nice ideas , espescially if you take them really slow

  • This video contains some of the stupidest shit I've ever seen.

  • lol, it is a lot of faffing around, funny way of putting it. Some of the stuff is neat tho, except when you giv them compliments apparently all they reply with is BUY ME VIDEO!! instead of a "Thank you, check the dvd out for more ideas". They must really want to help people. :)

  • this is for amateurs.

    I am an athlete!

  • Very Innovative!

  • those who can't do... teach... simple as that it shows im sorry

  • stupid ass video

  • Hell Yea!

  • absoluttley brilliant ..i aplaude you all..great vid..

  • love it love it love it!!!

  • if perhaps more time was put into the technique these exercises would be worth while but they were all messy and lacked control

  • Awesome!

  • ww w . TrueFitness1 . com

    northern virginia boxing

    Personal Trainer

  • lol I like the treadmill exercise @ 2:20, but I think I'd get some weirded out looks if I did this at the gym

  • Awesome! Hard-core, love it!

  • A couple of those look like they might be useful. Thanks.

  • gay

  • You have to be kidding me? This is absolutely the most ridiculous BS I have ever seen. Its little wonder people get no where in a gym when personal trainers are having them do circus acts like this.

  • @netmad56 You obviously have no idea of the benefits of these exercises. These are advanced exercises that you would never be able to do due to you just sticking to doing poor technique sit ups.

  • sure very nice... for those with walking sticks.....

  • Useless

  • very nice and advanced training

  • you are definitely asking for a injury doing this stupid shit!!

  • I really like your training. Very creative. I've always been experimenting and searching for creative ways to make exercise fun and challenging. Yours is creative and interesting. Applause.

  • damn. dis stufff is realllyyy advanced.

  • Alot of these excerises are to similar to each other, diversity in strengths is important. I liked the up the stair backwards one :)

  • you can really lose some serious weight doing these crazy excercises

  • you are definitely asking for a injury doing this stupid shit!!

  • Excellent video and great ideas for core training! U definitely have progress to these exercises. I don't know if these know-it-alls noticed but it does say ADVANCED core training... ATHELETES ONLY PLEASE OR PPL WHO HAVE PROGRESSED TO THIS LEVEL!

  • This staff is really shit!

  • What a lot of faffing about. If you want a strong core,do deadlifts or squats,or if you really feel energetic, overhead squats.

  • um yeah.. knowing what i know.. don't try that at home.. or in the gym. really. i see all that crap leading more towards injury and pain than positive results.

  • Nice video!

  • They are the jointkiller clowns!!

  • yeah they should do mma because they look they are really good at breakin bones and tearin knee up imo

  • most of this stuff is not safe on JOINTS

  • @52 IS BULLSHIT i SAY THAT Because I can hold perfect handstands for eva and the work applied to the core is almost neglagible.

  • i have to agree with HuShar55, the majority of these exercises are made to look difficult or "cool" by making them completely non-functional. Climbing upstairs backwards in the plank position? give me a break....

  • wow!!!!!!!!!!!!That fitness lady is awesomely strong and fit....one with weak arms and balance could flip the wrong way down the stairs and break their bones!!!!!!!!!

  • i would like to assist you for the workout at :28

  • Nice video!

  • sorry to be downer ive been a trainer for very long time and these exercises r not really functional related ,you have alot ideas that have a very high risk factor for back injurys and many of these done long term may lead to injury.

  • If you look into it these are some of the basic core routines of gymnasts and professsional athletes. I understand how you view it as something that 'could' be bad for your back, but its actually pretty legit especially if you're tightening your erector and reframing from to much prone and supine bending. Just cause you're a trainer for a long time doesn't mean you know more than other trainers in more advanced fields. As far as we're concerned you might be some average joe gym trainer.

  • Wow! This is the most aggressive core workout routine I have ever seen. Talk a extremely creative. Nice work!

  • My kind of training!

  • dang

  • very creative, i would feel funny doing the one legged wheel barrow move, but still great

  • not bad for a chick, give you that. though, some of my students do what you can see on the tube at serge fitness

  • The exercises are good and very creative but the exercise with the women sitting on top of the other women will really damage your lower back

  • Only if the woman on the bottom hasn't fully braced her core muscles...not for a novice only for someone who has gone through proper progression. I did the same exercise in my old submission grappling class in 2003. Its ideal and perfect for partner workout using bodyweight. JC Santana has a series on this style training.

  • Loved it. Awesome variations.

  • cool..your own creation...some of those can be a home of injuries...so may be people can take ideas and create according to their own requirment...good stuff

  • wow. that was hardcore

  • I hope you guys arent the trainers, you guys dont seem like you practice what you preach.

    I bit sloppy there.

  • by far one of the best ive seen!

  • ok someone on my level of creativity here fantastic...have to give some of those a try...i did nt see any bosu ball, you can have some real fun with those and some resistance bands! creative training helps expressive performance

  • 2:02 was excellent

  • Great video, i love the ideas. Yall use of the treadmill and that weighted dolly was fantastic!

  • there is lots more on the dvd. Just go to the above website in the info if you want to buy!

  • great idea...marvelous

  • buy the DVD! Theres lots more!

  • Awesome. That stairwalk thing looks fun. How will I explain that to my family?

  • You got the idea from The Exorcist?

  • cool!

  • Thanks for all the great ideas.

  • Buy The Video!
