  • beer barrel forum wins again

  • @MrMolax why does beer barrel forum win??

  • Jim - are you coming back on air? What's going on? I just came across "rebel army"...

  • I read We Were Soldiers Once And Young shortly after it came out. A co-worker of mine lent it to me and it was signed by the author. When my buddy got up to the table at the book signing, he told LTG Moore that he was a veteran. LTG Moore got up from his chair and shook his hand. LTG Moore is a great and honorable man and we owe him and so many others like him a debt of gratitude.

  • everyone asking...first track is "Omaha Beach", Saving Private Ryan Soundtrack. Second track is Main Theme from Band of Brothers. Glad this video is still circulating. It was produced for US Army about five or six years ago at one of the Army's primary training centers to be shown to young leaders. Comments and quarrel will always be. Just try to remember it's men like Gen Moore, and men and women that have served and are serving now that afford us the opportunity to speak so freely.

  • To the top comments, HOW is an inspiring video about leadership and honor correlated to a response of anger towards women and femininity? I would imagine that feminists are able to recognize and respect valor. Some men are more masculine than others. Some women are more feminineThis has always been true. People should be judged for the content of their character, their contributions, and their integrity...not their skin or body parts. This does not diminish masculinity or honor, it enhances it.

  • @florydory He didn't make a single comment of anger towards women and feminity; he made a sentient observation concerning the radical Marxist influenced philosophy of Feminism. Ironically, one of the most virulent forces against feminity is Feminism -- it is a paradox that seeks to exalt women but simultaneously is at odds with what true feminity means.

  • I WAZ IN THE MILITARY...I FELT LIKE KILLING MEN IN MY OWN SQUAD..NEVER MINE DE ENEMY.....THANK GOD ALOTTA C.O.'S GET KILLED..SO THEY DONT GET ME KILLED...DUMB-ASS MORONS..NO NOTHING OV WAR.

  • @chadberry75 Yeah, dont kid yourself there buddy. You were not in any part of the military. Also, you "NO NOTHING OV SPELLING"..idiot.

  • band of brothers theme

  • Who is doing the speakover here. Great job. Hal Moore is an inspiration to all men. I am not an American, but Hal Moore is a true hero. I love this guy.

  • Now what the f..k battle is this sucker talking about...those that kikes sent him in.

Choose your battle well white man. All this talk is bullshit. The morale is the most important. And there is no morale where there is no cohesion in blood and purpose.

  • This is extremely inspiring. It makes me proud to be a Soldier!

  • To The Person who quoted "thou shall not kill", followed by the sarcastic remark: The 10 Commandents---have you never broken ONE of them? They are all considered Equal Sins according to GOD. I believe you would change your mind if you in Battle-facing death yourself. Thank The Lord for for Men Like General Hal Moore & the brave soldiers who fought w/ him!!

  • @1MarthaM1 It says thou shall not murder. Murder and kill are two different things

  • Absolute truth! Hoo-rah General!

  • Hoo-ah!

  • super like!!!

  • As an Englishman respecting our special relationship this man is an all American heroe! I salute you Hal Moore and in Gods chariot you shall ride! I wish we had joined in the Vietnam conflict and stood shoulder to shoulder with our brother in arms. I hope we never again leave one another to fight alone.

  • @TheShaun1001 As an American respecting our relationship to our Motherland, thank you. You British had quite a few good commanders yourself.

  • God Almighty said:

    "Thou shall not kill"

What dont you understand about that?

  • @gorilla199 the greatest irony of all time, when God said "Thou shall not kill", he was greatest mass murder off all time. when the Israelites set foot in Canaan God said kill all of them, leave no survivors. Hypocrisy at it's best

  • @Evers1stID

They battle was against the Nephilim Mr Einstein

So in your case it is stupidity and ignorance at its best

And your comment deleted because I dont allow Blasphemy on my blogs

    By the way BLOCKED!

  • @Evers1stID The true reading of that commandment is "thou shall not murder". The Old Testiment also spell out all sorts of cases where a person is to be killed.

  • Gen. Moore was one hell of a cambat commander . He didn't like war , but accepted it . I wish we had more like him now .

  • Its from the Band of Brothers HBO mini series.

  • thank you very much, Aurelius.

You are right and the piece is already downloaded.

  • Please, ¿does anyone know the name of the music that plays during this filmation?

  • I believe it is from the Brother in Arms soundtrack, I cannot recall the actual song however.

  • I did my best to find it ther but no way. Thank you anyway

  • Its from saving private ryan thats all i know

  • hal moore was a great man and leader. would follow him into battle anytime, amywhere

  • Still is.

  • was this video really produced by the army?

  • alot of those quotes were from the film

  • Hal Moore was one of the best.

  • Still is.

  • interesante.

  • Comment removed

  • semper fi this brings tears to my eyes

  • Moore just wrote an article about his earlier meeting with Gen. Nguyen Huu An in Vietnam.

Moore and the US brass won the battles and lost the war.

Wonder what General An's principles are.

  • Same principles got Stonewall Jackson, a tactical genius, killed.

Hey, is Lee an example of the same principles in surrender?

  • It is said that Jackson died of a wound recieved while holding an arm up over his head to"balance himself" by causing the blood on that side to flow to the other side...he was a terrible hypochondriac...note Lee agonized over surrender, but could not bear to cause any more death for a lost cause

  • Except none of it works to win wars.

  • Yes, LTG Harold Moore was a wonderful man! For God, family and country. I wish our country still made men like him. But, it's only going to get worse.

  • He is still alive, and still a wonderful man.

  • @barkyster2 Good men always come out of necessity it seems, so don't worry.

  • You can be taught to do anything.

  • what? your one of those people that likes type random comments arent you

maby you could be taught not to do this anymore since you seem to think you could be taught anything

  • You can be taught to do anything.

  • what are you a parot

  • what are you a parot

  • Just in case..... i meant civilian men

  • And to think most men in the west now have been taught not to be a man and act like crying namby pambies showing their emotion at every opportunity and heed to what any woman says to them. Im not being chauvinist 'but it cant just be me that actually wants to still be a man. Feminists despise men like Col Moore..know what i mean.

  • Good point, one correct, it's GENERAL Moore though.

  • Actually, you ARE being chauvinist, I'm afraid. Feminism advocates for equal rights, which in and of itself does not create "crying namby pambies." Equal rights does not diminish one's manhood unless one's manhood depends upon domination.

Regarding how feminists feel about LTG Moore (he was promoted to LTG many, many years ago), I am a feminist, and I have enormous respect and admiration for LTG Moore, for reasons to numerous to list here.

  • @VVendettaz God bless you...I'm 21 and I see that crap all over the place. I have an article on this subject I think you'd like.

  • @VVendettaz No, I don't know what you mean. You are a mountain of a fuckhead.

  • thanks for sharing..

  • This advice is for all of life no matter what you are facing. It is God given to endure and prevail. Whether you are leading an army or your family remember.."three strikes and you are NOT out."

  • Damn, it just hit me: this is General Patton's philosophy. He gave a similar speech during the war.

  • If it ain't inspected, it's being neglected.

  • Amen. I may not always like the people who run this country, like our current administration, but I always will have a great respect for anyone who has ever served in the military.
