  • There is a hatch on top of each car, If needed, the pilot has a rope that attachches to the front near the lights and top of monorail. They you climb down and walk on the track to the next station that is how you would get out if an incident on open track occurs just saying! :)

  • I remember one time when I was there the monorail stopped between the park and the Polynesian for about forty-five minutes because of a thunderstorm. the people were worried about it getting struck by lightning.

  • Just in response to what is being talked about in the back ground of this video there is no way that a monorail could be stranded for hours the langest wait time was maybe 1.5 hrs there are tow tractors for all monorails that run of gas and if needed and yes they have used them they would pull all trains into the nearest station and unload guest no platforms needed plus door will not open because they are not in a station but there is a manual way to open the doors no power needed
