While I prefer being carpooled (since I don't have to wake up an hour early, and get home an hour later), I will say that I miss the days when kids drove the bus driver crazy, even if it feels awkward.
@escalatorgeek881 I initially stopped riding it in the afternoon, since our bus had to stop at another school, plus the bus kept getting held up there. Since I kept getting home an hour after the bell rang, I decided that I should just take the car home, since I'd get home 45 minutes earlier.
Funny stuff. As if being written up is a bad thing. The worst that will get you is detention and maybe punishment from your parents, but that's the extent of it. It's not like it will follow you the rest of your life.
OK I want to know. Did everyone get written up? Did the kid he told to get off the bus actually get off? Was he eventually fired if you know for this incident or similar ones?
did he really tell a kid to get off the bus and walk home. isn't that like against the law to do that (especially if they live far away.) but man he is really hot tempered. :P i had a teacher like that she was pissy. everyone in the class hated her.
HEY! TURN AROUND & SIT DOWN! I'm not even in ROTC but this driver sounds like the ROTC commander!

@KyFriedPlatypus Haha. Me too. It wasn't until my 10th grade year I finally escaped from the "yellow box of chaos".

@giggleblaggle I was once written up, and the only thing I got was 10 "bus points", which was like a slap on the wrist.

@ElevatorMan85 He actually didn't write anybody up, which is funny. Also, we were already at the kid's stop.
