Having the biggest military dosent mean you have the strongest. Iraq went to war with Iran in the 80s. And after 5 years they had to sign a peace treaty cause no one was winning. We invaded Iraq and in 2 weeks we defeated them. We did in 2 weeks what Iran could not do in 5 years. And I raq had a larger military then us. China does have the largest military in the world. But its not the strongest. Its not even second or third strongest.
