hey tulsa football, what about the "muffed punt" by carrier? The refs gave you those 7 points. So really, even though that play (that you think should have been a safety) was designed so that if dropped, it wouldn't be a fumble, nobody can complain about the refs. It went both ways.

If you watch the TV replay... you can tell that the ball was tossed forwards. The same play was done again later that game.
