  • echt geiler sound!!!!!!!!

  • I was visiting a fire base in northern Saskatchewan 20 years ago and they had one of these to transport initial attack crews to the fire line. That Wright radial was something else to hear.

  • does the us military stull use these?

  • @lazarevic95 - Nope

  • She´s beautiful, is´nt she?

  • Can you re-post this video WITHOUT the background music? Thank you.

  • s-58 probably an old sabina air line helicopter-milatary production and civil production on the same line....

  • Those big and heavy machine flying slowly and gracefully like a big butterfly. Helicopters always amaze me. Nice, very nice.

  • US Military H34 are the best not foreign copies

  • @callofdutyguy9 This is not a foreign copy. The S58 is a derivative of the H34, which has both seen duty in the US armed forces as well in the armed forces of allied countries. Nothing to do with foreign or not, it's a helicopter. And it's an old one. They were the best in 60's perhaps. By todays standards they're old metal junk.

  • hmzbin heute total streichel bedürftig , wer will schreiben oder telefonieren

  • 1 star for music

  • AWESOME... of the best heli videos on YouTube IMHO

  • was that filmed at Oppenheim? It looks like the S-58C that was temporarily in the Heer-colors

  • These old piston driven helicopters are really unique.

  • this is the most ugliest helicopter ive ever seen

  • Real workhorses the old 58.

  • I love piston engine helicopters. This is how a helicopter should sound.

  • lose the music!!!!!!

  • When did they first slap a turbine in it?

  • @motokid032 The first helicopter to be fitted with a turbine was a Kaman K-225 in 1951.

  • Wow, nice to see someone really put this S-58 through its paces. Wonderful "throaty" sound coming from the radial piston engine powering this famous helicopter!

  • but belgian has that helicopter to the germany army.

    it was first of belgium.

    ;)

  • No, it's a german army helo

  • that sikorsky was of the belgian air force or belgian navy.
