Kratom is not addictive and does not make you feel that you "need" or "have" to have it day after day to function - it's just not the case. It does make you feel relaxed if taken in the correct doses. As with anything, you overdo it in and it can cause problems. The very same thing can be said about consuming too much caffeine.
