If one thing I can praise these people for is that they've given the monkey a good sized area to call his own. Other than that, try childproof locks for those cupboards. Monkeys are pretty much a toddler, except for decades.
Monkeys make horrible pets and often end up with having their teeth pulled so they can’t bites their owners, Most often are given up because of the damage .
