  • im Seriouslly sticken confused!!! please help!!! i have been told from toneitup channel to eat sweet potatoes! But there full of carbs then again there a veji!! im just not sure if i should be freaking out because it is a veji, right?? please reply what you think i should do about this!! thanks!!

    dont be so confused.. everything that is natural and raw is good.. sweet potatoes or sugar cane juice or coconut juice.. they all are good for you as long as you maintain portion control. its the serving size that matters!! =)

    so.. relax and eat =)

  • @bondons64 really what a stupid comment. Why are you on her watching this video if your such a devoted Zuzana fan. These guys give way more information than she does about the exercise and they do a fantastic job. Plus Z never gave a modification for this and they did.

  • Looks so hard! Sarah has great upper body strength!

  • Just tried it, only could do 5 on each side. Its super intense so you feel the burn immediately which is what gives you faster results if done correctly. Thx so much for all the free workouts. They def transformed my bod!!!
