iv been told to not eat your carbs at dinner but to eat them at lunch. Is this correct? or can you just eat what ever (healthy foods) but be a little bit cautious of the amount of carbs at dinner? thanks

dont be so confused.. everything that is natural and raw is good.. sweet potatoes or sugar cane juice or coconut juice.. they all are good for you as long as you maintain portion control. its the serving size that matters!! =)

@bondons64 really what a stupid comment. Why are you on her watching this video if your such a devoted Zuzana fan. These guys give way more information than she does about the exercise and they do a fantastic job. Plus Z never gave a modification for this and they did.
Just tried it, only could do 5 on each side. Its super intense so you feel the burn immediately which is what gives you faster results if done correctly. Thx so much for all the free workouts. They def transformed my bod!!!
