Out of all the public address anouncers I like, and I think the best and orig voice is ryan gutierrez, you have to see that one, and he was going to be the anouncer for the cubs in 99' but harry passed away and ryan lost his way there.

Kaz Kalita's audition is way better than this clown, I should know since I have been a professional PA announcer for 25 years. Kaz has a better PA voice and looks like he actually played the game of baseball before, so he knows more about the game than this theater geek.

I think you're fine - the announcer needs a little theater and you provided that; maybe you could shorten the story at the end and just tell it instead of reading it (or at least that's what I thought you were doing). Also, relax a little bit when talking about your reasons for applying.
