@68kenton you do not have slight of knowledge in you. to be throwing the discus you need long arms and if your are tall its good and if you are shot better be strong. ok

for shot put it is good to have somewhat smaller arms than discus. i have long arms and i put the shot 18m so your theory does not bounce in this playground

are you in college yet? my discus season is just starting and already I have to go up against Northeastern, UConn, and BU (all div1 with some of the top throwers in the country)..I'm prob going to get raped hardcore seeing as how we're D3

sweet, you should have no problem picking up a nice scholarship to some good school for track...personally i cant get anywhere near the speed you have because im bigger, 6"2, 235...but I'm stuck at a plateau for the 2k disk of about 120 ft...i can't go any further than that.

My first discus throw ever held as my pr for nearly the whole season, and that was at the beginning in around march 2007, I just recently got one out to 144' 9" and that's as a sophomore. Great form, you do a really good job getting across the ring.
