just saw the show in San Francisco this afternoon for the 2nd time. really sad the touring circuit is losing another good show. i hope a new tour starts up soon

You can find him in the opening for the 2004 Tony Awards, the sea of Beauty and the Beast Broadway alumni at the final performance, and at one point in the ensemble for the Duloc number in Shrek. But in this crowd . . . I've looked a dozen times and can't find him. Doesn't mean he's not there; if you find him, please point him out to me! But I think he was too busy with other projects to make it.
@rpevangelista When they're doing the show they will have several puppets of each design. So when they're doing one scene they can have the one for the next scene already dressed differently. But because they have part of the original cast so they could have both playing all their parts.
@rpevangelista There are 3 princetons, each with different clothing. One with a regular shirt, one naked and one in a wedding gown. They did this so they don't have to waste time changing clothes. this is the same for kate and other characters.
@rpevangelista I'll sound stupid saying this probably as I'm not that smart when it comes to Avenue Q but I think it's because they can't get everywhere fast enough. For example, during The Internet is for Porn, Trekkie appears in all the different places and because they don't have time to move him about so much, they have to use doubles.

Because they brought back the alumni for one last song. If you look closely, you can see Rick Lyon and Stephanie D'Abbruzzo from the original cast.
