The russian word "garmon" means accordian. "Gubnoi garmon" means harmonica. The adjective "gubnoi" comes from the word gub which means lip.

@videodima that was an okay translation you may be fluent but you are missing many details, a lot of stuff is missing and garmoshka is accordian, gubnoi garmoshka is a harmonica, and akkordione is a smaller version of an accordian.
