i made a 100mw blu ray laser for exactly 100$ but most of the costs were for buying, a soldering station-40$ voltage meter-20$,alligator clips-5$ and the laser with the axcis module cost me about 20$ and the parts for the driverdriver cost me about 10$..the rest was shipping :]
