If planet X existed its coordinates on any particular day/night /hour can be calculated by knowing its orbit (use keplers laws to work this out )

Well if naked eye visible by late 2011 any sub 2M rent-a-scope should show a detailed image that fills the sensor by July. I dont have access to Southern hemisphere telescopes but am willing to pay GRAS or another outfit with scopes in New Zealand to point their equipment in the direction you suggest. Currently we are running SPECTRAL analysis on Earth-like candidates to determine what the atmosphere consists of. How could we analyze the spectrum coming from the planets atmosphere if we could not see it to some degree?
Certainly there are other Earth-like candidates that are "detected" by the change in spectrum as they pass in front of their Sun but this is now what I am speaking of is it?

Some time later, Neptune was discovered the same way. Now the variations in these planets orbits show in the same way that their is yet another planet further out. But because the definition of orbit
means it MOVES...the "stellar coordinates" are going to change continuously...you follow..

@nekro76 There are many celestial coordinate systems. Astronomical coordinates are essentially spherical coordinates. Latitude, longitude, altitude are essentially spherical coordinates. If planet X existed its coordinates on any particular day/night /hour can be calculated by knowing its orbit (use keplers laws to work this out )

Well if naked eye visible by late 2011 any sub 2M rent-a-scope should show a detailed image that fills the sensor by July. I dont have access to Southern hemisphere telescopes but am willing to pay GRAS or another outfit with scopes in New Zealand to point their equipment in the direction you suggest. I could send you the files.

Sorry but that isnt true. Those "variations" in the orbit turned out to be a mathematical illusion created by an incorrect estimation of Neptunes mass. This is a question that has been answered for decades now. You are misappropriating and regurgitating old and defunct information.

Not true either. This is why we have star charts and are able to track the planets. YES they move but that doesnt mean that there is not a mathematical foruma for tracking them giving an almost exact estimate of its co-ordinate as per the Time, Date, Azimuth etc etc.

1. The inner planets have never been perturbed. This is demonstrated by the fact that there is no change in the Earth or other planets orbits. If there were a change it would be easily demonstrated by the length of the year and the length of the day.

For something the mass of a Brown Dwarf to be in or near our solar system it could be detected by perturbations on the INNER planets. Because there are no perturbations on the Inner planets demonstrates conclusively that there is nothing of that Mass either in or near our solar system.

Currently we are running SPECTRAL analysis on Earth-like candidates to determine what the atmosphere consists of. How could we analyze the spectrum coming from the planets atmosphere if we could not see it to some degree?

NASA won't admit it's there and other things they don't want us to see in space. They put patches over the sections in Google Sky and other areas of space I have tried to look at.
