Mars does have an atmosphere! this is scientific fact and has been known for many decades its composition is of course much different than earths and is much less dense than earths but it does have an atmosphere.

I know its just a movie, but none of the mars landers can record video, its way to bright, and sound cant travel that well on mars, also it looks like it was driving on a dried lake bed from earth like when mud dries,, still a good movie though

I was a HUGE fan of the original cartoon and i was like pllllllllease dont screw this up michal bay and i was pleasantly surprised by the product. People have to understand this is an adaptation they arent going to redo the cartoon. The only major greivance i had is they screwed up the tanks name. Oh, and bravo for that ridiculous ending where I couldn't even figure what was happening because of the constant special effects. Well first off, I'm not a professional filmaker. I actually liked the first half of the film. Shia Labouf is very talented, and the story moved pretty well, and the effects were not yet way over the top. I bought it at first.
But the ending was atrocious. Too much special effects. Same effect over and over again. I had no idea who the fuck was shooting who. Add in some pointless characters, with the famous quote, "Your a soldier now!", along with way overdone silly effects, and you get one lame movie.
A sappy orchestral chord fills the theater, as we apparently are to feel included in the act of 'becoming a US soldier' and compelled to join the Army Rangers to help the Autobots destroy the Decepticons in a galactic showdown with American accomplishment at the centerpiece.
It even included a clear recruitment message (which seemed ironic while watching it in a foreign country)--near the end the glorified American soldier, Josh Duhamel, turns to the main character, a sloppy teenager played by Shia LaBeouf, and says, "You're a soldier now...."

I got this movie already, with awesome quality, it's a dvd rip, no spam. Go to mininova dot org and type axxo in search. you'll find transformers and about 60 other new releases. there's more on this site but axxo has the best quality. You'll need divx, and bit torrent to watch and download the file. you can get divx from it's own site, and just go to download dot com to get bit torrent 6.0.

I watch this trailer and keep thinking how it would have sounded so much better with the music from the beginning of Independence Day, which grew more ominous as the aliens approached. Oh well, that's life.
