  • To me, what this film is about is each of our lives and our legacies. What do we with our time on Earth and how do we leave our mark? For the topiary gardener, he doesn't know if anyone will carry on. Everything he worked for may just disappear as the garden grows out. With the lion tamer, he is part of a cycle of teachers and apprentices, etc... Funny enough, the filmmaker becomes part of the conversation. His film becomes his legacy.
