the legal system is out of control. long gone are the days when a prosecutor and a defense attorney argued the facts and the law only without any theatrics, drama, etc. each party simply performed his individual function in the court room, without regard for who wins.
now, it's all about winning. the prosecutor has his eye on elected office. the defense attorney has his eye on more money.
and the judges are simply clowns. like this bitch. disgusting.

Pay-backs a bitch. He stabbed 2 people to death (that didn't deserve it) and got away with it for nearly 15 years. He also refused to pay the Goldman's what he was ordered to by a court in his civil trial. This sentence is not excessive. The judge says otherwise, but it DOES correct the legal error that occurred for the circus bs that Judge Ito allowed to take place in his murder trial. Cudos to her for doing so!

The evidence was overwhelming. If OJ had just went up there alone, allowed the guys to willfully open the door, demand his stuff back and then call the police if it was not returned, there would have been no problem. But no, he had to take guns and a gang and use force. But I do think the sentence was ridiculously excessive. For the reason he did this, I could understand 2 to 4, but 15 to 30 is just wrong.
