  • @saralwm Are you asking because of the mascarpone and the ingredients I used soup spoons for?

    Mascarpone is an italian triple cream cheese and it's very viscous. That's why on the pack usually they write gram. As it's so thick it's heavier than water. 750 gram mascarpone should equal around 630 ml.

    The other ingredients you just need a little that's why I used a soup spoon to measure them. I'm sorry I cannot give you a better answer. But I think it'll be easy for you using soup spoons. ^^

    正式用糖粉,因為快溶,用普通糖會一粒粒和味道不同.至於酒,正­式用Amaretto,第一是味香,第二是Amaretto很甜­,用它是幫助甜味,因Tiramisu是用很少糖.  再見
