@taiwantremors I had it pinned, but the battery did not have a full charge on it, the wheels were not balanced and one of the rear spindles was slightly bent (wasting power thru vibrations.) It's all fixed now though.
ive seen a lot of onboard videos of slashes and they wind up being very boring, this one was great! ive gotta say, the cam angle was perfect. how fast was it going?
@4mods Thanks it was fun. Glad you liked it. Way easier once I set my steering up and strapped the front down. I was worried my bec was gonna glitch off the road but it justs cut out. I gotta put an external one on and hopefully it will cure the problems. Still managed to get some decent footage though. I might have to use my car for this cuz my truck has too almost be floored to keep up with thing. I was holding way back on accelerating the slash. lol
@judgegixxer Hey you should contact my bud Heyok.. he has this "no brainer" BEC that you just plug in, no soldering or anything man! I run it in a couple of my setups. My minimag plane, my comp crawler and I'm sure I will be getting more. He makes them with a deans so you just plug your esc into the bec, then the bec into the battery. Don't even have to solder it! haha He has a youtube channel Heyok is his user name as well. If you do go this way tell him I sent ya!!!
@4mods So it basically plugs between batt and esc. It still plugs into reciever doesn't it? Can he make one with traxxas connect? I'll check him out for sure, thanks
