I still can't believe no one ever told me about The Virginian I'd heard of Big Valley and Gunsmoke, but never heard of this. IMHO it has the best scripts and best cast-- hands down.
I like this for the same reason I like the episode of Time Tunnel, The Day the Sky Fell in, it gives Doug McClure and James Darren the chance to show some depth,
