Very good but like many have said before, this is a very powderful song and if you make it your own, it just loses the essence of the song. I am a huge Spring Awakening fan and have worked with a voice coach on this song and one thing she said was to keep it close to the original or else it would get very messy sounding. But over all you have a great voice! Keeo that talent up!

very pitchy. but ehh good. and be careful on some notes though because this is a very powerful song but a soft and delicate one too. you were wayyy too heavy on alot of the notes. try to listen to how Lea Michele sings it. Its soft, powerful, and has a ton of emotion in it.

You were right about the Duncan Sheik, but he only wrote the music. Steven Sater wrote the lyrics. But also, the original Spring Awakening play was written by Frank Wedekind in nineteenth century Germany..

Also love, it's musical theater, not hip-hop or top 40 music! lol check out more experienced singers though Spring Awakening is a fantastic show. I know an actor in it and it's becasue the lack of stage experience for some of them is why the show is supported well actually.

You're decent. I would suggest using more breath support and less push. Trying standing up and singing the song and align your spine so you can drop your breath deep down into your pelvis. Also, you beginning and end both on more breath that shoudl be used to produce sound, don't breath the onto voice because you tend to loose your words.

tip: sing the notes that are written, don't make them up. embellishing and riffing is okay once or twice in a song, but when you scoop, riff, and embellish on every other note, it ruins the simplicity thats makes this song beautiful. Mama who bore me is meant to be sung the way it was written, not riffed.
