To me, if the 4 guys were suicide bombers, we would have had pictures showing them in their last tube and bus. So, the British state covers up the true culprit. Who is this culprit ? The MI5, or another British intelligence agency, or an intelligence agency from somewhere else, or an association of intelligence agencies, or ?... A truly independent enquiry would help to know the truth, but I don't think it would easily get the necessary pieces of information
