Swamiji is offering a 21 day Enlightenment Intensive program called Inner Awakening
"Each moment of Inner Awakening is a fresh introduction – because Life is introducing itself to you every moment! No one can predict what your unique experience of this program will be like. But there is one thing I can tell you, for I have seen it happen: no one, no one, ever returns from Inner Awakening without experiencing at least one glimpse of living enlightenment.” - Paramahamsa Nithyananda
The brain is malleable and can be rewired, but it gets more difficult with age. Also, beliefs effect behavior. That's why I believe it's important to be aware of what you constantly put yourself into relation to, because overtime, it can influence and condition you. Like how most people will soak up what's coming from the mainstream media like a sponge. Also the socio-culture that you're raised up in can have a huge impact on your beliefs too.
Unclutching to drop the old mind is fine, but mind is not constant right? it is the collection of thoughts, but how can anyone possess the same mind to take the same pattern of body, can u explain swamiji? Is mind constant without unclutching?
I have a question, if through kama we have certain samskaras that are held within our form in say a certain chakra, can the energy of bliss desolve this pain once and for all, as i daily do nithya dhaan and dissolve some blocks ad yet 'stuff' from somewhere arises with heat and heaviness of lead, ho to tackle this....?
(continued) ...people, seem no closer to health than the normal fellow. They may have psychological health, but I'm wondering why all these unclutched people seem unable to create better circumstances in important areas. Has Nithyananda ever commented on this puzzling fact? It would be interesting to hear what he says about this.
Good comment... I have thought about this for a long time. I have studied people who are more focused on diet.... David Wolf, Peter Ragnar (although Peter sees Consciousness as most important), Storm Talifero and others who seem to exude exceptional health. What is the balance between inner power (mind/consciuosness), and physical law (diet, exercise, sleep, etc.)? It is still unclear to me, although deep down I feel that anything is possible from within.
Your comment makes logical sense, but Ramana is the number one man in Nithyananda's lineage, and he was one of the most radiant and celebrated saints ever in India. Most teachers think that being unclutched is enlightenment, but to others it is merely an expanded state of free attention. People like Ramana and Adi da teach about finding the source of free attention and ultimate reality in the right side of the heart...which is more than a state of peace and expanded awareness.
(continued) Ramana Maharshi, for example, died of cancer. Ramakrishna died of cancer. Jiddu Krishnamurti died of cancer. Byron Katie was operated on for brain cancer, and went blind with an incredibly painful eye disease. The Great Adi da, who could do some miraculous things, and who taught others how to change their experience, could not escape wearing eyeglasses and a few operations as he aged. All of these blissful and unclutched....
I love this guy. Great insights. I've been learning how to unclutch with another method, and this adds value to it. I also believe that the mind creates the body, and I'm trying to heal myself of something very debilatating. What puzzles me, though, and weakens my belief in my own ability to affect my health through unclutching, is having read so many enlightened teachers, past and present, who have been unable to remain healthy.
This is a great point you are making, and it makes me wonder how much awareness these people dedicated to their diets. In my experience, the more awake and aware I become the better my diet becomes, but this presupposes I know something about what kind of food makes me healthier.
@Phonologie - Body does not change mind. It is like you said at first and what Swamiji stated - thoughts or mind create body and that person's reality.
In your example you gave, the fear comes from emotion from mind, hence, that thought changes body has body is made up of 90% water. There is scientific studies done that show mere thoughts either purify or contaminate fresh water.
You may be thinking that why you got parents like this who abuse you.According to one belief in karma theory, we are all bound by karmas which were created by us in previous lifetimes. So, best would be to accept them as they are, they are just medium(nimit) to give you hard times. Try to meditate. You do not need anyone to make you happy or sad. You are TOTALLY FREE to create your own future. PEACE.
samrattejas is so right.Realise the happiness within you. Forget past,no point in dwelling. Is it not simply beautiful that you can CREATE your future? I hope there comes a time for you when you do not need the outside world to make you happy or sad once you heal yourself with watever happenened in the past. Its finished, done with , over. Your future is full of possibilities.Your problems and hard times made you the person you are today, the real seeker...
Thank you that makes a lot of sense and is profound. Amazing that is what I am doing at the moment. Not easy because some things are automatic. I have an intention to listen to my chatter and give it no meaning or value.
A very powerful presentation. I never looked at it that way. I have always heard that your mind creates your body, but the way Swamiji expresses it just brings it to a whole new level. Thank you.
wow my mind full of stress and my hair started and still falling off which give me more stress darn! what a challenge. Thank you for sharing i'm going to listen to your video until I get this stress of my mind.

how do i get unclutched???
doubleleo 4 years ago 2
By simply ignoring your thoughts.
The Shiva technique says: "Unminding mind, keep in the middle- until."
Simply let your thoughts be (wheter positive or negative) not giving them any meaning or value.

Thank you that makes a lot of sense and is profound. Amazing that is what I am doing at the moment. Not easy because some things are automatic. I have an intention to listen to my chatter and give it no meaning or value.
doubleleo 4 years ago
Unclutching is not about listening to your inner chatter, observing your thoughts is another technique which is also good, but its not the same.
Unclutching is more like acting as if there are no thoughts at all.

how do i unclutch. is it the breathing techique. The NS technique??
