theres potential, but the goo goo dolls are too good to be lazy. I would suggest not posting videos of the goo goo dolls if your gonna be lazy with them. Anytime you do a song, why not make it sound as best you possibly can? (especcially the goo's). Please, if this is the best job you can do than thats fine, but if your underachieving, thats not. never settle. i know this sounds like a motivational speech, but i just dont see laziness and guitar going together.

damn, it was just some constructive critisicism. I didnt mean to be offensive. "I'm Lazy", "Thats the best I can do". If your not going to put the best into a goo cover its not worth doing. "Love the Goo Goo Dolls more than most things in life" If this is true than you wouldn't be "lazy" with them. If your not gonna try to make goo covers good than dont upload this shit on youtube.

Sorry, I didn't mean to upset you. Here's my piece--I'm not going to try to figure out every nuance of how Johnny plays a song and play it just like him, nor am I going to sing it exactly like him. What fun would a carbon copy be? Even Johnny doesn't do that when he plays live. He just lets it flow.

I was trying to be cute in the video with the "I can't be bothered" business. Sorry I failed to impress you in that respect. I'm not really interested in studying internet tabs of songs.

i respect that. i think its good that guitarists do their own version of songs and make it their own. it upsets me when ppl say "ur playing the song wrong", when u cant really play a song wrong. You play it however you like thats cool. Your a good singer and i just think with a little more focus you make this song cover really good.

Somebody tell me how to fix these things so my audio matches the video. It was fine til YouTube got ahold of it. Just regular old WMV files...
