This looks easy when you do it...I will have to source a party supply shop and get some of these balloons...hopefully they can be bought in small quantities. I can just picture my 4 grandkids watching nana (or maybe our son, Uncle Dave) making a candy cane. You made it such fun! I'm going to enjoy learning this! You make the instructions clear too. The balloons I use are called Qualatex. They come in bags of 100. You can by assorted colors in a bag or in bags of all the same color. I am sure you enjoy learning howto make them.

Can you tell me again what sizes of balloons you used for the candy cane.....that project looked "doable" for this ol' nana! lol

The candy cane is made of 260's. That means when blown up all the way, they are 2 inches in diameter and 60 inches long. The bow, I prefer to use 160's, but you can use 260's

have you seen those tags on pillows and mattresses that says;"Penalty for removing" Well they mean business, and when I was in that correctional facility for six months, it was either learning balloon animals or license plates. Nah I was never in prison, I hust got a book at the magic shop I hung out at as a kid, and the rest is history.

They won't explode if, after you blow them up, let a little air out. Then either squeeze them, stretch them or both.

I will only hit them if they are old enough to understand that I am just playing. The balloons are soft, and I do not really hit them but rather have the balloon rub or slide against their face or the top of their head. Perhaps I need to do a tutorial on ways to have fun with people in your line or crowd while doing balloons.

There is a small Cristmas tree that I make but I do not like it as much. I make a large one and I may just show a picture since it could take more than 29=0 minutes depending on how much detail goes into it. It uses a lot of weaving. Something right up your alley.
