@DAYD111 I didn't care for the animation style my self but I do think this reboot had a lot of potential to go beyond two seasons. The storyline was more linear than one form the 90s and it did stay truer to how it progressed in comics. Sure they were some big changes. Like venom coming in while Peter was in high school and him and Eddie having a child hood together. Over all though though stories were very well told and not crammed or rushed.

The Spectaculat Spider-Man is a good show in it own right and the Fight Scene Surpass anything 90's SSM had to offer. Yeah the show is more geared towards 7-11 year olds but the action is intense and does'nt let up. When You have MADHOUSE doing the animation for you Show you can go wrong. Unlike the majority of you hater up here, I make the kids in my houslehold watch the 90's spider man also when i watch it. They ask question and you must show them the way... 2 great cartoons i get to watch.

I love the 90's Spider-Man for the Story and Depth of Peter Parker. It was a Very good show. I love how Peter kept us informed about everything he was going through. I love the fact he had to change cartridges and faithful it was to the Comic. the animation for its time was beautiful.. All though the animation was'nt fluid and the fight scenes in some episodes was basic it was a very good show and it concluded well. This Series here may not be peter we are use to but it is very solid.

@50Calabyte I think that was due to Eddie's voice being more prevalent than the symbiote's. Eddie's voice does not exactly give off a sinister vibe, in my opinion. If the symbiote's voice was a lot more clear, it would have made Venom sound more creepy and intimidating.

@BreakingPhobia103 The Fight Scenes in this Episode was done by Madhouse. this is the only edge Spectacular has on Spider-Man 94. This tv show was pretty good though for what its worth to the kids. I watched all of them on Netflix and i was thoroughly entertained. But then i had to watch a few of the Spider-Man 94 joints. The First Episode of that Series was perfect.The Dark feeling was epic.

@616spidey You're mixing up animation with character designs. There's a difference. Animation is the movement and fluidity of the characters. This cartoon had Spidey and his enemies moving really fast and fluid. The 90s had LOADS of animation errors, stiff character movement, and Spidey didn't move that fast or that well. I'm not the biggest fan of the character designs in SSM myself, I just like the series for it's other merits.
