well, i just left a science center and "odd ball" exhibition - i think the place was called wonder world. they featured the commercial there with a small snippet about how it took 606 takes to create this video and that it was shot with no cgi or graphics and only using parts from the car itself. i tend to wanna believe that they wouldn't put it in thier exhibit without researching the validity of it's claim.
Hey, stop the crying, it's a Honda commercial. xD

How do you get tires to roll up hill with a little bump? And how did they get the car to stop rolling so fast after it left the ramp?
mclesage 3 years ago 5
its because they were going to their center of gravity, which was was off because of the rims on them

@mclesage - Go back to the basics of science (Gravity and shifting gravity using weight) and you will get the answer!

Yep its real. I picked up a freebie copy of the ad on DVD. Its called 'Cog' and it has a 'making of' on it.

there are 2 special effects. 1. the lights on the doors mirror. 2. halfway through it changes studio or it would have cost several billions.

I think the car radio turning on and the power window going down, although funny, was not part of the stunt, it was a little trick.
halladayrules1 5 years ago
exactly. You can tell that it is not all real. You would have to be an idiot to be fooled by that!
