I was kinda in a rush because I was pretty close to a public road, my car is loud, and big clouds of smoke are very noticeable, haha. So I was trying to have some fun, but get out of there before I got myself in trouble.

awesome car but i cant ever recall my 5.0 wheel hoping on any of my tires and i've burned through several sets on the street/strip. including 2 sets of drag radials. does that car have quad shocks on it? i'd throw some upper and lower tubular control arms on it. and sub frame connectors. an never be to stiff lol

I have those street tires ONLY for fun. 275/50/16 micky thompson drag radials are on the car 99% of the time :)

@hisandherturbo yea. this head/cam combo was on the stock, 160,000 mile bottom end. that extra RPM spun all the main bearings.

So I am currently rebuilding the bottom end, and it will be back up and running soon. it will also be getting a 150 shot of nitrous to make up for the elevation :)

@fuzznutz74 the car would show quite an improvment with the heads ported a bit, and a better cam. but at my elevation its just not worth to build a N/A motor.

I plan on using nitrous for now to make up for the elevation..... and then some, lol. but I will eventually ether being going with a procharger, or a on3performance turbo kit. probably this time next year, as I need a roll bar asap

@MIGHTYSAMINYOURFACE I deleted all of my emissions equipment and A/c. Its pretty strait forward, you just pull stuff, and plug the intake where the lines came into it.

as far as your idle air control, and TPS......... leave those, haha.

@anthonysean94 no problem. bumper support I always thought was a "extreme" way to lose weight, but after looking into it, you lose around 32lbs from the very very front of the car, as far forward as the weight can actually be, so thats AMAZING for weight transfer. also as far as safty, the chromoly bumper you would be replacing the fiberglass bumper with is MUCH stronger, as the stock bumper just crumbles away in a accident.

doing the actual swap isn't hard ether.

it should be noted that I have trickflow heads which change the valve angle and give a little more room for a bigger cam.

The basic heads/cam/intake set up, suspension built for drag racing, and the exhaust is pretty mild too. its just pretty well thought out. making sure everything works well together, but not blowing money on stuff ether.
