maybe a little variation of the two repeated notes (between 0:36 and 1:05 ) could be appreciable, because this form of sound feels better on organ! on the piano, it's a bit abrupt, i think :)

@akalamiamable Transitioning a song like this to piano will change the feeling inevitably. But if I would have left out the base note (or repetition note or whatever you want to call it) it would not have this hasty feeling anymore.

I do not have the sheets of the version you hear me play here. I based it on sheets I found on Josh Agarrado's site (google his name, YouTube does not allow links). The sheets on his site are very decent, but I still changed a lot about them nonetheless.

@duVillage im just trying to find a piano version of orochimaru, i guess im just picky about the quality of vids such as what type of instrument are they using eletrical or not? maybe they customized the piece? maybe their camera sucks and u (if u listen carefully) a fuzzling sound? maybe they speed up the tempo or maybe they made a mistake? I cant help it but im picky :(

Changing the instrument from church organ to piano also changes the feel. I could have compensated with an accompaniment that has lots of bass, I actually tried that, but it sounded too messy. Besides, when covering a song, isn't it cool if you change the song around a little?

I figured since you already did Sadness and Sorrow that you were more familiar with them. I like the Naruto battle themes a lot, especially on the first and third OST. The second OST is the least good one, except for Orochimaru's Theme, which I adore. The original is with an organ. You should go check it out, it is so different from my version XD.

Now my wrist hurts XD. I wanted to record two more songs, but that will have to be some other day.

Nah, I'll be fine. It's just that, I tried recording the opening theme to my Kajiura Yuki album after playing Orochimaru's Theme, and that did not really work out anymore. I wanted to record that song more badly than this one, so the album can be more near completion, but it will have to wait.

I recorded almost everything for the album already. The opening theme, conveniently called "Opening Theme (Kyosuke No.1)" from Shin Kimagakure Orange Road, and "Akatsuki no Kuruma" from Mobile Suit Gundam SEED are pretty much the only two songs I have yet to record.
