But there are scanners in these lasers that moves the beam so fast that it hits the eye thousands and thousands of times each second. The technicians arranging laser shows also measured beam divergence, output power and scan speed for every single cue in the show

Pangolin has got a new lens (Safety Scan Lens) that allows for audience scanning. It basically takes all the guess work out of MPE calculations and diverges the beam to a point that it's no longer harmful. Half the lens is thick, the other half (top) is unaffected, so your beams up high remain tight and bright looking.

They also have a controller board called PASS (Personal Audience Safety System) that monitors everything on the projector.

Dear dutch, facepalm won't explain it. I'm very certan that flash light isn't needed to capture the damn light it self.

Flashlight will only light up the people in front of the camera, approx. 10m away and you will end up with ultra bright foreground with some dimm lasers in the background. Face[alm still?
