  • The Saab Car Division of Saab-Scania had its headquarters in Nyköping, and the Spare Parts & Accessories Distribution Centre is there now, but no Saabs has been manufactured there.

  • The classic 900. One of the greatest cars built. There is just something about the way they drive, look and feel. I miss mine... a lot!

  • I have '84 EFI verion

  • Before GM came and ruined Saab

  • this video depresses me

  • Perfect car!

  • Beautiful car. I had always wanted one when I was little. Now older, I have one and love it dearly. Its such a joy to drive. Thanks for the video. It really shows how much painstaking effort SAAB put into each one of their cars.

  • These are the first models with the B-engines and look at 2.38, the turbosystem even has a seperate wastegate.

  • Lol at 1.50, "there is something wrong, it won't start" then pops the hood and surprise- no engine.

  • OMG! Those were 81 turbos. I could tell by the metric wheels. This was before Robert Sinclair. I'll bet there are about 12 of these left on the road. John Myers

  • whats the music you have used please - is it Brahms ...? Schubert maybe

  • @bonifaciomusso This is Aprés un Rêve by Gabriel Fauré. What rendition this is though is beyond me (does anyone know?). This one seems to be played slower than normal but it sounds wonderful.

  • 900- the best model saab ever made....except for the gearbox ;)

  • I saw one of these sitting in a run-down garage yard with its engine ripped out and no hood. It almost made me cry to see a car as special as this to be treated like that. I love Saab's I have one.

  • Classic :) Thank's for a great video with one of the best cars ever.

  • super

  • Fantastic to see how my old car were assembled., the green tinted windows and the old b-engines with gls spec on the assembly line. How labour intensive it really was back then...

  • From 92-900: The Saab Story

In those years, no CAE assist. Drawing boards are still make their important roles on designs and plots.
