Come on man! If the New York Real Estate Market was going down the toilet, it's not his fault, so of course people in Real Estate Market were facing major problems. Trump however, survived from that crash due to his negotiation skills (a trait that financial gurus have)... BTW his father passed away in 1999 meaning that he inherited his father well after those 80's problems. So where exactly the Donald blew the money he inherited? Remember the heritage was divided into four parts!

If I recall correctly, his companies have filed bankruptcy four times!That's not 2 bad considering that he owns over 100 companies, and because he (those companies) has (have) used it as a business tool. Even Romney's companies (several) have filed bankruptcy, but nobody ever talks about it because Romney doesn't use his name as a brand or partial name for his companies.
